Work to get buy-in that’s top-down and cross-functional to amplify the voice of your campaign.

Identify your launch date, end date, and key milestone dates in between.
The Week Before Launch
In the week leading up to the official launch, we suggest sending an organization-wide email to preview the upcoming program. Ideally, this communication should come from the CISO or CEO to lend authority and credibility to the initiative.

Print Posters
Distribute posters in high-visibility areas such as the cafeteria, reception, and lobby to maximize exposure.

Work with your IT team to implement cybersecurity-themed wallpapers across all organization-wide systems via backend integration.
Promote on Social Media
Coordinate with your Marketing team to post relevant content through your company's social media accounts.
Distribute the E-book
Share the e-book with all employees using email and/or the company intranet for easy access.
Video based training
Engage your employees with dynamic video-based training sessions that bring cybersecurity concepts to life. Ensure comprehensive understanding through visually rich, interactive content.
Learn with fun gamification
Turn learning into an enjoyable experience by integrating gamification into your cybersecurity training. Use quizzes, challenges, and rewards to boost engagement and retention.
Evaluate through the assessment
​Measure the effectiveness of your training by conducting regular assessments. Identify knowledge gaps, provide feedback, and ensure that your team is prepared to handle cybersecurity threats effectively.
