About the Role
Looking for a skilled Cyber Red Team Analyst. The employee will be responsible for conducting adversarial simulations and penetration testing to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in an organization's systems and network infrastructure using our automated breach and attack tool. You will be expected to attack and identify weaknesses and develop strategies to strengthen security posture. You will be expected to stay up to date on the latest threat intelligence and attack techniques, and to continually contribute in improving organization's security defense.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct adversarial simulations and penetration testing to identify gaps in systems and network infrastructure
· Identify weaknesses and develop strategies to strengthen security posture and develop mitigation and detection strategies
· Stay up to date on the latest threat intelligence and breach attack techniques
· Develop and execute red team testing plans, including Network ,Operating system, APT group and other Threat actor attack simulations
· Conduct research on new and emerging threats and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigating them
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to other members of the security team
· Produce detailed reports and presentations on red team findings, including recommendations for remediation
Required Skills
Experience in cybersecurity or information security, with a focus on red teaming and penetration testing
· Strong understanding of network security principles, tools, and techniques
· Experience with tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Cobalt Strike, Atomic Red team
· Knowledge of APT and Threat actor attack methodologies
· Technical understanding of Linux, Windows and MAC Operating systems
· Experience working on CTF challenges
· Experience with working on cross platform attack simulations
· Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and red teaming exercises following TTP's
· Experience with working on open-source red teaming tools
· Knowledge of Windows and Linux processes
· Ability to conduct Red Team assessments, attacks and recommend remediations for the same
· Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Batch, and PowerShell
· Knowledge of Breach Attack and Simulation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
